Ms. Shamsa Abdullah Rashid Al Sharji obtained her Diploma in Adult Critical Care Nursing from the Oman Specialized Nursing Institute, Muscat, in 2014. She later pursued the Advanced Healthcare Practice programme at Cardiff University, Cardiff, graduating with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in 2019. In 2024, she was appointed as the Director of Nursing Affairs.
Ms. Al Sharji has served as a member of the Research Committee, contributing to the review of research papers. She has actively participated and presented in both national and international conferences in the nursing and medical fields. She has published one research article in the Journal of Nursing Education and Practice and currently has two additional studies in the process of publication.
