Biography

Dr. Aruna uprety did her M.D. from Kharkiv State Medical Institute Ukraine (Former Soviet Union). She is now working in the Rural Health Education Service Trust and raising issues of nutrition, mental health, and well-being. She has also written many articles on this issue. 
Sudeepa Dhunganga is a board member of RHEST and also a counselor. She works with adolescents in schools and communities, providing them with counseling and supporting them in getting needed treatment from psychiatrists. She is doing her master's in counseling and aims to raise the issue of mental health in schools and communities.
