Welcome to the World Nursing Research Conference (WNRC) 2025! We are excited to have you participate and share your research. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful experience.


Abstract Submission:

Deadline: Please submit your abstract and presentation slides before the deadline presented on the WNRC website.
Format: Ensure your presentation is in [Word Doc, PowerPoint, PDF] format.
Length: Oral presentations should be no longer than 30 minutes. Please ensure your slides align with this timeframe. Poster presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes. Please make sure your poster aligns with the timeframe.

 

Registration:

Deadline: Complete your registration by the deadline presented on the WNRC website.
Registration Fee: Please refer to the registration page for details on registration fees.
Confirmation: You will receive an email with event details and further instructions after registering.

 

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Audio-Visual Equipment: The conference will provide a projector, microphone, and laptop. Please upload your presentation to the system before your session.
Timing: A strict schedule will be followed. You will be given a 5-minute warning before your session ends.
Q&A: Be prepared to answer questions from the audience after your presentation.

 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Size: Posters should be printed one meter wide by one-meter-long size.
Setup: Posters Presentation must be set up and removed within 15- to 20-minute on the conference day.
Design: Posters with large fonts and clear visuals should be easily read. Avoid cluttering with excessive text.
Presenting: Be available during the assigned poster session to answer questions from attendees.
 

Awards:

Best Oral Presentation Award


The Best Oral Presentation award will be presented to the speaker who delivers the most impactful and well-executed presentation, demonstrating scientific excellence and clear communication. This award recognizes the depth of research and potential real-world applications of the presented work in nursing.
 

Considered for a Best oral presentation

  • Delivery: Strong voice projection, clear articulation, appropriate pacing, and confident body language.
  • Content clarity: A well-structured presentation with a logical flow that explains complex concepts understandably.
  • Audience engagement: Effective use of visuals and questions to stimulate discussion and maintain eye contact.
  • Relevance: Communicating the significance and impact of the research findings


The WNRC-2025 Organizers will confer a certificate recognizing outstanding contribution to the Best Oral Presentation award recipient.


Best Poster Presentation Award


The Best Poster Presentation award will be given to the participant whose poster best exemplifies scientific excellence, visual clarity, and relevance to cutting-edge advancements in nursing research. This award underscores the importance of presenting complex research in an accessible, engaging, and visually impactful manner.


Criteria for Best Poster Presentation:

  • Visual appeal: A well-organized layout with clear fonts, appropriate color schemes, and impactful graphics that draw viewers in.
  • Conciseness: Key information is presented in a digestible format, highlighting the most critical findings without overwhelming details.
  • Accessibility: Easy to understand, even for those unfamiliar with the research field.
  • Engagement: Design elements that encourage interaction and discussion with the presenter.
     

The WNRC-2025 Organizers will confer a certificate recognizing outstanding contribution to the Best Poster Presentation award recipient.
 

Travel & Accommodation

Travel: Participants are responsible for their travel arrangements. The event website offers recommended hotels and transport options.
Accommodation: We have partnered with nearby hotels to offer discounted rates. Check the website for booking details.

 

Withdrawal Policy: If you are accepted to participate in the conference program but must withdraw, email the conference coordinator as soon as possible.


Conference Language Policy:
 

  • All presentations at the World Nursing Research Conference must be in English. We do not accept presentations in any other language to ensure that all participants, regardless of region, can engage in discussions.
  • If your proposal is accepted, you must present it in English only. We do not allow translation services during your presentation, nor is it acceptable to have someone else read your paper. However, brief discussions in another language may be allowed, provided a volunteer can translate.
     

Certification:
 

  • CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Certificates will be available for participants who meet the criteria.
  • According to our records, • Attendees will receive a delegate certificate with their name and affiliation. If you have any changes or requests, please get in touch with us at least one month before the conference.
  • Ensure your registration details are correct; certificates will be issued based on this information.
  • The E-certificate will be emailed in 2-3 working days after the completion of the conference.


Code of Conduct

  • Respect: Treat fellow presenters, attendees, and organizers with respect.
  • Professionalism: All presentations should be appropriate for an academic environment.
  • Ethics: Ensure your research is ethically conducted and avoid plagiarism or misrepresentation of data.
